Cancellation Policy
Changes to any appointment MUST be made 48 hours prior to the appointment time. In order to secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required to be on file. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-showed, the card on file will be charged a fee of 50% of service booked. I do understand that emergencies can happen, however this cancellation policy is non-negotiable. Please respect my time as I respect yours.
